These fascia panels for a Professional Audio OEM required us to design some custom work holding to ensure the milling operations proved reliable and the component quality consistently high. Quality is particularly important for these items; the client is recognised to be one of the market leaders in the professional audio high-end sector and the quality of the fascia panel metalwork must reflect this.
Just as important as the machining is the post-processing of the component, which in this instance is media blasting followed by anodising and silk screen printing. Our client exports all around the world. We are proud to play our part in this successful British operation.
